Four Twelve offers a great workplace and environment – where you are respected for your abilities and given ample responsibility to shine in your role. We stay busy – maintaining an 8 week pipeline of work for the last 2 years – and we can’t get enough quality people to join our internal crew.
The majority of work we do is residential flat roofing and shingle roofing. We are looking for experienced roofers or carpenters.
Requirements:
-Personal phone
-Transportation to and from work
-Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicleSkills and experience (3 years working in any of the below trades):-Asphalt shingle roofing
-Torch roofing
-TPO / EPDM roofing
-Sheet metal experience and knowledge of how to use a brake
-Flashing
-Gutters and downspouts
-Drywall and paint repair
-Siding
-Exterior trim / carpentry
If you have experience in any of these trades and do quality work, with a hard work ethic – we are interested in speaking with you about joining our team.
