White in color. Single ply-membrane glued to the roof deck overtop of insulation board with heat-welded seams. Comes in 20 year material warranty package. Commonly used in multifamily and commercial installations or in instances where the roof is “walkable.”
Black in color. Single ply-membrane glued to the roof deck overtop of insulation board with taped seams. Comes in 20 year material warranty package. Commonly used in multifamily and commercial installations or in instances where the roof is “walkable.”
Comes in standard color package, and upgraded cool-step technology package, respectively 10 and 20 year material warrantied systems. Commonly used for walkout roof decks and condo buildings.
Four Twelve offers a variety of coatings including silicone coatings. Our silicone coatings are great for extending the lifespan of your roof or adding material warranty coverage of up to 50 years. White in color, they are energy efficient and highly water-resistant.
